Our Mission

We believe supportive community living can lead to a happier, healthier life. Whether you’re in an apartment or a house, chances are you don’t know many neighbors you’d feel comfortable asking to take your dog to the vet or help watch your child in a pinch. Knowing our neighbors feels like a luxury we just can’t afford in a busy life with so much else to juggle.

Far from a luxury, supportive local communities have been linked by many studies around the world to living significantly longer lives with less stress, more happiness, and a greater sense of purpose. Yet, in today’s society, creating meaningful and lasting community still feels out of reach for many.

Our mission is to build community housing that helps people feel connected and supported by their neighbors.
