Boyer & Blaine Commons
The Blaine and Boyer Commons originated when Housesmith Ventures founders Brandi and Keller were inspired to create community in their own backyard. They created three homes: a home, a basement ADU, and a backyard cottage. The cottage and main home have separate owners and share common areas including a driveway on Blaine St and a small community building.
